Tom brings over 20 years of proven leadership and management experience from his service in the Defence Force, where he developed deep confidence in leading people with integrity and purpose. He has also served in ministry leadership, guiding others with compassion before fully committing himself to the business sector.
With advanced training in leadership, management, and operations, Tomasi is a visionary who carries a strong zeal to take every endeavour further towards success. He has a heart for people and a passion for empowering both clients and staff, continuing to press on with the company’s vision of Facilitating Empowerment to Everyone.

With nearly a decade of experience in the care industry, she has dedicated her career to supporting vulnerable individuals and elderly citizens across Australia.
